Pre-qualified for BPI cc

I received a call last tuesday from a lady, she said she's from BPI. She said they are updating my infos and then asked if i want to apply for a credit card coz i'm pre qualified to have their cc. She told me to wait 15 -20 days for the card to be sent to my home address. I am wondering if it will be approved. But i'm hoping though. Any one who has the same experience? How many days did you wait?
